For April's demos we had a royal icing daffodil chocolate, transfer on fondant, pretzel wreath (edible and non-edible), using a mold with a design to make chocolate covered oreos and display stand made from paper products! The display stand was the big hit! Take 2 styrofoam bowls, put them upside down, take 2 styrofoam plates, glue on top of the bowls, then take two styro cups (one inside the other), glue them to the plates, then take a smaller styro plate and glue on top. You can then decorate with paper doilies. Two examples are below. The cake reviewed was Bailey's Irish Cream Almond Cake. DELICIOUS!! I will post the recipe once I receive it.
